Kellie Telesford was strangled in her home in Thornton Heath, Croydon, in November 2007.
Her body was found four days later.
The local press discovered that she was transgendered and printed some pretty nasty rumour and hearsay about her.
The Sun didn’t help.
Now that the alleged killer has been acquitted, one local paper is seeking some positive accounts of her.
So if you know anyone who can contribute something suitable for ‘a tribute’ to her, please ask them to get in touch.
